**Job Summary**:

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Schedule and Calendar Management**:

- Organize and maintain the executive’s calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and events.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to arrange meetings and calls.
- Ensure the executive is aware of daily priorities and upcoming deadlines.
- **Travel Arrangements**:

- Plan and book domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, and ground transportation.
- Prepare detailed travel itineraries and address any last-minute changes or cancellations.
- Manage travel expenses and ensure timely expense reporting.
- **Meeting Coordination and Preparation**:

- Prepare agendas, presentations, and materials for meetings.
- Attend meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Arrange for refreshments, AV equipment, and other logístical details as needed.
- **Document and Correspondence Management**:

- Organize and maintain electronic and physical files for easy access.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- **Task and Project Management**:

- Assist the executive with personal and professional projects as required.
- Track deadlines, monitor progress, and report updates to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Perform research on various topics and compile data for reports.
- **Personal Assistance**:

- Handle personal errands, including gift purchases, event planning, and household management.
- Manage personal appointments, reservations, and other non-work-related tasks.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers as needed.

**Key Qualifications**:

- **Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- **Experience**:

- 2+ years of experience as a personal assistant, executive assistant, or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and calendar management tools.
- **Skills**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and handle multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
- **Attributes**:

- High level of discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism.
- Proactive problem-solving and adaptability to changing priorities.
- Positive, can-do attitude with a willingness to go the extra mile.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
