We are looking for enthusiastic, passionate, reliable, competent and committed Sales Executives to join our Sales Team who can take complete end-to-end ownership of Inbound Sales and enable and drive business growth, ensure sustainability and customer satisfaction.

This job requires Full time working **from office **and we are looking for immediate joiners with experience in business growth.

**Work Location**: Jai Ganesh Vision, 'B' Wing, Office No. 403,404,405, 4th Floor, Akurdi, Pune-411035

**Work Timings**: 9 am to 6 pm between Monday to Saturday and weekly off on Sunday

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide product and service information to potential customers and assist with their needs.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in CRM tool
- Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Continuously update product and industry knowledge to stay informed about new products, features, and market trends.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as customer service and marketing, to ensure that customer needs are met and addressed.
- Front Office Management for walk in customers
- Upselling and cross-selling to existing customers
- Build Affiliate Network and create multiple sales channels as per organization’s requirements
- Inbound Calls manage and assign to Sales Person
- Act as a backup to support HR and Administration activities for the organization
- Provide Service Support to existing customers and resolve their queries on billing, pricing, packaging, product, delivery etc.
- Supplement, track, and be held accountable to all applicable KPIs
- Manage high volume of phone calls and provide response to all maintaining high quality of services and performance standards.
- Facilitate sales of all services according to company and client requirement.
- Build rapport with existing customers and ensure consistent business flow
- Be open and flexible to take up additional organizational level responsibilities outside the scope of work in case of organizational need/requirements
- Open to travel to other cities for exhibition participation, as and when required

**Skills/personal qualities**:

- Good Attitude, responsibly taking ownership and good work ethic
- Strong network in Food and Gifting industry would be preferred
