Role Overview

We are seeking a proven sales leader to drive global inbound sales growth. This role involves building and scaling high-performing sales teams, driving lead conversions, expanding contract values, and ensuring long-term client success.

Key Responsibilities


• Lead and scale inbound sales across geographies/verticals.


• Design and execute data-driven sales strategies to maximize lead conversion.


• Manage P&L for assigned region/vertical and deliver revenue targets.


• Hire, mentor, and drive productivity of sales teams (5–15 members).


• Drive consultative sales for multimillion-dollar engagements.


• Collaborate cross-functionally to align with client growth aspirations.

What We're Looking For


• 15–20 years of B2B inbound sales experience (research/consulting preferred).


• Proven track record of exceeding revenue goals and scaling sales teams.


• Strong consultative selling skills with high business acumen.


• Entrepreneurial, growth-oriented mindset with hands-on leadership.


• Expertise in building scalable inbound sales operations.
