Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic AVP/VP – Inbound Sales to lead and scale our inbound sales function across global markets. This role is pivotal in driving revenue growth, client success, and sales excellence through data-driven inbound strategies. You will lead a high-performing team, build scalable processes, and partner with Fortune 1000 clients to deliver value-driven outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive inbound sales performance to achieve revenue and growth targets.
  • Design and execute inbound strategies for lead conversion and client acquisition.
  • Build, lead, and mentor a team of 5–15 sellers across geographies.
  • Leverage CRM tools and sales technologies to improve pipeline efficiency.
  • Establish sales targets, track KPIs, and ensure consistent forecasting.
  • Collaborate with demand teams for lead generation and targeted outreach.
  • Build long-term client relationships through a consultative sales approach.

What We're Looking For

  • 15–20 years of B2B inbound sales experience in research/consulting or similar industries.
  • Proven track record of exceeding quotas and scaling sales teams.
  • Strong business acumen with consultative selling expertise.
  • Experience building scalable inbound sales operations.
  • High IQ/EQ leadership, hands-on approach, and a "play to win" mindset.
  • Passion for driving exponential growth and delivering client success.
