Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an AVP - Sales & BD located in Pune. The AVP - Sales & BD will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing key accounts, overseeing sales operations, leading the aggressive sales team, and identifying business development opportunities. The role involves developing and executing proven sales strategies, maintaining client relationships, and achieving aggressive sales targets. The AVP - Sales & BD will collaborate with various teams to ensure seamless operations and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
Qualifications
- Experience in IT Sales, Sales Management, and Sales Operations
- Experience in sales of Cyber Security, IT Security & Data Protection Services shall be preferred
- Should have a proven track record of growth sales in domestic or international market in IT services sales
- Strong skills in IT Account Management and Business Development
- Proven ability to develop and execute sales strategies
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and also as part of a team
- Experience in the cybersecurity industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
