About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced and strategic Business Development Manager to lead client acquisition efforts in the US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), Medical Billing, and Coding space. The ideal candidate will have a strong network in the US healthcare market and a proven track record of driving business growth through consultative sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets in the US Healthcare RCM, Medical Billing, and Coding segment.
- Identify new business opportunities with hospitals, clinics, billing companies, and healthcare technology partners.
- Lead end-to-end sales cycles including prospecting, requirement analysis, solution positioning, proposal development, and contract negotiation.
- Collaborate with internal delivery and operations teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and satisfaction.
- Represent us at industry conferences, virtual events, and client meetings to strengthen market presence.
- Mentor and guide junior BD team members where applicable.
- Maintain accurate reporting of pipeline status, forecasts, and key sales metrics.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of relevant experience in Business Development or Sales within US Healthcare RCM, Medical Billing, and Coding domains.
- Strong understanding of RCM, Medical Billing, and Coding processes, payer-provider dynamics, and healthcare technology integrations.
- Proven ability to drive revenue growth through strategic client acquisition and account management.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated,target-driven, and able to work independently in US shifts.
- Must be willing to work on-site from Baner, Pune.
