
Sales Inbound Executive

**Role Overview**
We are seeking a proactive, confident, and results-driven female sales professional to handle inbound leads across our full range of products including Unsecured Business Loans, Vendor Financing, Structured Term Loans, and more. You will be the first point of contact for potential clients — engaging with them, understanding their requirements, and converting inquiries into qualified opportunities.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage and respond to daily leads
- Qualify prospects and explain the right product offerings based on business requirements
- Follow structured scripts and pitch decks; adjust based on client profiles
- Maintain CRM with lead updates, communication records, and follow-up schedules
- Coordinate with internal teams for documentation and transaction closure
- Drive conversion rates by understanding client pain points and communicating solutions clearly.
- Ensure a professional, empathetic, and persuasive approach in all communications.
- Excellent communication in English, Hindi, and Marathi (any other local language is a plus).
- Confident, attentive listener, quick thinker, and able to handle pressure.
- Strong ability to build rapport, convince, and close conversations.
- Basic understanding of financial services preferred (training will be provided).
**Working Hours**
**Monday to Saturday | 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM**

**Fixed Salary + Performance-Based Incentives**
**Industry-standard remuneration with opportunity for growth based on performance**
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,319.19 per month
