We are looking for a polite, patient, and empathetic telesales professional who can guide inbound leads, understand their health concerns, and help them choose the right product with confidence.
Role Overview
- 100% inbound calling — no cold calling
- Speak to customers who have shown interest via our website, WhatsApp, or Instagram
- Understand their digestive/diabetic concerns (gas, acidity, bloating, IBS, fatty liver, constipation, etc.)
- Explain products clearly, without over-claiming or making medical promises
- Help customers place orders, track shipments, and resolve basic queries
Key Responsibilities
Receive and respond to inbound calls, WhatsApp messages & callbacks
Assess customer needs and recommend suitable products
Maintain call logs and CRM entries
Ensure high customer satisfaction and polite communication
Follow up politely with warm leads (no aggressive sales)
Coordinate with support team if any issues arise with delivery or payments
What We're Looking For
Must-Have Qualities
- Excellent spoken Hindi and basic English
- Warm, patient communication style
- Comfortable discussing digestive or diabetic health with maturity
- Ability to learn product science in simple language
Preferred
- Background in nutrition, healthcare calling, pharmacy, ayurvedic products, supplements, or tele-consulting
- Experience with D2C wellness brands or inbound sales
Who Will NOT Fit

People who hate learning or are impatient with customers
People who only want a data-entry job — this role needs conversation skills
Salary & Benefits

- Monday to Saturday, 10 AM to 6 PM

Pay: ₹30, ₹50,000.00 per month
