**Designation**: Customer support Executive

**Process**: Chat support

**Qualification**: Graduate/ Under graduate

**Experience**: Min 1 yr in Voice/ Non - Voice Process

**Shifts**: 7am - 12am -- above 8pm shifts cab available (any 9 hours shift)

**Salary Range** : 17k - 21 k

**Location**: Ambattur, Chennai.

**ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Process data and update records accurately in the system.
- Perform administrative tasks such as documentation and data entry.
- Ensure timely completion of tasks and meet quality standards.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve issues and improve processes.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information securely.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Strong written communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage data accurately.
- Proficiency in MS Office or similar tools.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹204,000.00 - ₹252,000.00 per year
