Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Chat Process Associate, located in Sholinganallur. The Chat Process Associate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries via chat, providing accurate information, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include responding to customer queries promptly, troubleshooting problems, maintaining records of interactions, and collaborating with other departments to provide seamless support.

Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to handle multiple chats simultaneously and ensure timely responses
  • Experience in customer support or similar roles
  • Familiarity with chat support software and tools
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Flexibility to work in shifts, including nights and weekends
  • Bachelor's degree in any field is preferred
