**Job Title: Associate - US Chat Process**

**Location: Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu**

**Job Type: Full-Time (Work from Office)**

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Associate / Senior Associate in our Chat Process department.**

**Responsibilities**:
**- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally via chat.**

**- Provide outstanding customer service to clients while adhering to company policies and procedures.**

**- Stay updated on industry trends and implement best practices in customer service via chat.**

**- Assist customers in navigating our website or platform, troubleshooting technical issues as needed.**

**- Assist in the development and implementation of new processes and procedures.**

**- Maintain a positive and motivating work environment within the team.**

**Requirements**:
**- Freshers can apply.**

**- Excellent written & verbal communication skills with proficiency in English.**

**- Should be know about customer service via chat process.**

**- Customer-centric mindset with a genuine desire to assist and serve.**
