Job Description:

- Create and post job vacancies on relevant platforms.
- Conduct initial interviews and coordinate subsequent interviews with department heads.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation and training.
- Provide guidance and counselling to employees as needed.
- Manage company Housekeeping and Support System.
- Attendance Management.
- Celebrations and activities.
- Provide feedback to employees and managers on performance.
- Manage Training and Development Process.
- Collaborate with department heads to address skill gaps and promote continuous learning.
- Update and maintain Employee master data.
- Motivate employees by giving reward and awards.
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records.
- Assist employees with benefits-related queries and claims.
- Manage the reporting and investigation of workplace incidents.
- Implement strategies to retain key talent within the organisation.
- Generate reports on HR metrics for management.
- Establish channels for employee feedback and suggestions.
- Joining and Exit formalities.
- Complete necessary documentation for departing employees.
- Letters issuance.
- Male/ Female Both can Apply.
- In case of Female, But Married females preferable.
- Should be MBA in HR.
- Should have expertise in Recruitment and selection.

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
