Key Responsibilities

Collaboration and Stakeholder Management

Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment

strategies.

Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment activities and progress to the Talent Acquisition

Manager and other stakeholders.

Build strong relationships with external recruitment agencies and other talent acquisition partners.

Process Improvement

Continuously evaluate and improve recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and legal requirements related to recruitment and

talent acquisition.

Participate in recruitment-related projects and initiatives to support the overall goals of the Talent

Acquisition team.

Data Management and Reporting

Generate recruitment metrics and reports to track the effectiveness of recruitment strategies.

**Qualifications**:
Education and Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in a similar

industry.

Proven track record of successfully managing the full recruitment lifecycle.

Skills and Competencies

Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and sourcing techniques.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

High level of attention to detail and accuracy.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
