**About the Role**

MFS Travels Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a highly motivated **Talent Acquisition Executive** to join our team in Noida. This role involves **sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring** top talent to support our company's growth and strategic objectives.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Talent Sourcing & Screening**:

- Develop and implement effective **sourcing strategies** through **job boards, social media, referrals, and networking**.
- Screen resumes, conduct **initial phone interviews**, and administer **pre-employment assessments**.

**Interview Coordination & Hiring Process**:

- Conduct **reference checks** and verify employment history.
- Work closely with **hiring managers** to determine manpower needs and develop recruitment strategies.

**Talent Pipeline & Database Management**:

- Maintain accurate records in the **Applicant Tracking System (ATS)**.

**HR Best Practices & Employer Branding**:

- Contribute to the **development and implementation of HR policies** related to talent acquisition.
- Assist in crafting **job descriptions** that accurately reflect company needs.
- Develop interview questions tailored to specific job requirements.

**Required Qualifications**

**Education**: MBA in **Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field**.
**Experience**: 1-3 years in **talent acquisition** or a similar role.
**Skills**: Excellent **communication, interpersonal, organizational, and time management** skills.
**Teamwork**: Ability to work **independently and collaboratively**.
**Passion for Recruitment**: A keen interest in **building high-performing teams**.

**Preferred Qualifications**

⭐ Experience with recruiting platforms like **Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.**
⭐ **Immediate joiners** preferred.
⭐ **Good communication skills & professional appearance** are essential.
