**We are looking for Talent Acquisition Executive**

As a Talent Acquisition Executive, you will play a crucial role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent. You will collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and create effective recruitment strategies that align with our company goals.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs.
- Create compelling job descriptions and manage job postings across platforms.
- Utilize data and metrics to improve recruitment processes and track key performance indicators.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- Atleast 1 year of experience in talent sourcing and recruitment.
- Strong understanding of recruitment tools and platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in Manufacturing Industry is a plus.
