**Position: -** **Business Development Executive**

**Location
- Ahmedabad**
**Experience - 2 years**
- Proactively generate leads and identify sales opportunities within residential, commercial, and industrial markets.
- Conduct thorough site assessments and provide customized solar energy solutions tailored to client needs.
- Present solar products, services, and financing options in a clear and compelling manner during client meetings and site visits.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams—including engineering, project management, and customer service—to ensure seamless project execution from start to finish.
- Consistently meet or exceed sales targets while actively contributing to the company’s clean energy and sustainability goals.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 2 years of proven sales experience, ideally within the solar or broader renewable energy industry.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with a strong ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
- Highly motivated, results-driven, and passionate about clean energy and environmental sustainability.
- Comfortable with a hybrid work model that includes both field visits and in-office collaboration.
- Capable of explaining technical solar concepts in a simple, easy-to-understand way for clients at all knowledge levels.
