Responsibilities: - Assist in the installation of solar power systems, including mounting solar panels, wiring, and electrical connections. - Conduct tests and inspections to ensure the proper functioning of solar power systems. - Perform routine maintenance and repairs on solar panels and related equipment. - Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with solar power systems and implement necessary repairs. - Ensure compliance with safety protocols and industry standards during installation and maintenance activities. - Collaborate with project teams to ensure timely completion of installations and meet project requirements. - Keep accurate records of installations, repairs, and maintenance activities. - Stay updated on the latest industry trends, technologies, and regulations related to solar power systems. - Provide excellent customer service and address any client inquiries or concerns. Requirements: - Diploma, ITI or certification in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field. - Proven experience in the installation of solar power systems. - Strong knowledge of solar panel technology, electrical systems, and wiring. - Familiarity with relevant tools, equipment, and safety procedures. - Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. - Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision. - Effective communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently or as part of a team. - Valid driver's license. - Preferred Qualifications: - Previous experience working as a Solar Technician or in a similar role. - Certification from recognized solar energy organizations. - Knowledge of local regulations and policies related to solar power installations in India

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
