**About the Role**:
We are looking for motivated and customer-oriented **Technicians (Service Heroes)** to join our growing solar energy team. You’ll be at the front line ensuring the optimal performance of residential solar plants and delivering an excellent customer experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform **Preventive Maintenance (PM)** of solar power plants.
- Resolve **bill reading issues** and ensure timely updates.
- Support customers in **online monitoring & registration**.
- Ensure **high CSAT** (Customer Satisfaction) through service excellence.
- Conduct PMs and Corrective Maintenance (CMs) as per SOP.
- Follow all **safety protocols** - **zero safety violations** expected.
- **Minimum Education**: 12th Pass (ITI/Diploma in Electrical preferred)
- **Experience**: 0-2 years in electrical/field work

**Skills**:

- Basic knowledge of **electrical systems**:
