_**Roles and responsibilities**_:

- Coordination and Collaboration: Assist in doing the follow-ups and coordination with NGO partners POC, Youth Advisory Board members and team involved in the Book of Aspirations team to ensure timely adherence to milestones, sending reminders and updates
- Documentation & Reporting: Assist with documenting project updates, preparing reports, and tracking the status of key deliverables across the teams and projects.
- **Profile Requisites**:_
- Currently pursuing a Third year degree or completed graduation and is available to begin work immediately
- Previous internship experience in project coordination, NGO/Industry relations, or administrative roles is a plus
- Ability to adhere to deadlines and take ownership
- Able to work with mínimal supervision and take initiative in managing responsibilities
- Strong Verbal and written communications skills and
- Complete ease in using the Microsoft office suite: MS Office and Google Workspace
- Openness to travel within the city
- Proficiency in English and Hindi language
- Organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage various work task sufficiently
