**Job duties and responsibilities**

**Partnership Development & Relationship Management**
- Identify, initiate, and cultivate partnerships with corporates, government agencies, NGOs, academic institutions, and philanthropic organizations.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential partners to enhance program impact.
- Collaborate with CSR teams to create joint initiatives supporting elderly welfare.
- Represent the organization in meetings, networking events, and conferences to promote collaboration opportunities.

**Strategic Collaboration & Program Alignment**
- Align partnerships with Vriddha Mitra’s goals and objectives, ensuring strategic synergies.
- Develop MOUs, partnership agreements, and joint project frameworks.
- Work closely with program teams to integrate partnership-driven initiatives into project implementation.
- Explore opportunities for public-private partnerships (PPPs) to scale impact.

**Resource Mobilization & Fundraising Support**
- Support fundraising and resource mobilization efforts by leveraging partnerships.
- Identify funding opportunities through corporate sponsorships, grants, and joint ventures.

**Capacity Building & Knowledge Sharing**
- Organize capacity-building workshops, networking sessions, and knowledge-sharing forums for partners.
- Facilitate training and technical support for field teams in partnership engagement strategies.
- Stay updated on global best practices in partnership management.

**Monitoring, Evaluation & Reporting**
- Track partnership outcomes, ensuring timely reporting and impact documentation.
- Develop progress reports, case studies, and success stories highlighting partnership contributions.
- Provide regular updates to the Senior Program Manager and leadership team**.**

**Required qualifications, experience and skills**
- Postgraduate degree in Social Work, Public Policy, Business Administration, International Relations, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in partnership development, stakeholder engagement, or corporate social responsibility (CSR) management.
- Strong understanding of cross-sector partnerships, donor engagement, and policy advocacy.
- Experience in working with government agencies, NGOs, and corporate partners.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Marathi, and Hindi.
- Strong negotiation, networking, and relationship-building abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM software, and partnership management tools.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple partnerships simultaneously.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

- Weekend availability
