**Objectives**:

- Develop supplier networks to reduce costs and improve profitability.
- Enhance purchasing strategies and introduce innovative procurement improvements.
- Ensure high standards of quality and compliance.
- Provide guidance and training to improve team skills.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute annual purchase plans across departments.
- Set and achieve monthly purchase targets and budgets.
- Review Material Requisition Slips (MRS) and approve orders.
- Coordinate with marketing for raw material planning.
- Obtain quotes from multiple suppliers, create comparison sheets, and finalize purchases.
- Issue purchase orders, work orders, and transport orders.
- Conduct supplier visits and audits.
- Maintain vendor lists, raw material records, and creditor lists.
- Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual purchase reports.
- Ensure timely task completion and resolve procurement challenges.

- Strong negotiation and supplier management skills.
- Budgeting and cost-reduction expertise.
- Proficiency in procurement software (e.g., Microsoft Teams, ERP systems).
- Leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of raw materials, vendor profiles, and supply chain management.
- High integrity, professionalism, and dedication to company growth.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
