**Responsibilities**:

- Source and evaluate suppliers based on price, quality, and delivery speed
- Negotiate contracts and terms with vendors to secure advantageous terms
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment of stock
- Coordinate with various departments to understand their purchasing needs and requirements
- Prepare and process purchase orders and ensure accuracy of documentation
- Track and report key functional metrics to senior management
- Resolve supplier grievances and claims in a timely manner
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in procurement.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's/Master's degree from engineering background
- Proven experience 2-3 years as a Purchase Executive or in a similar role
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office and purchasing software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Knowledge of legal regulations and best practices in procurement

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
