**We are Hiring Purchase Executive for a Pharmaceutical Company Located in Nagpur**

Department: Stores & Purchase

Position: Executive / Sr. Executive-Purchase

No. of Post: 02

Qualification: BSc./Diploma/Degree ME with having good negotiation skill

Software Knowledge: MS Office, Tally

Experience: Minimum 2 years

CTC (Max.): Rs. 3.5 LPA

Location: Kamptee Road, Nagpur

**Role & Responsibilities**

1. Undergoing in the in-house training, to have the complete understanding of products, processes and services of the company.

2. To adopt the company strategy and working system.

3. Recommendation of any advancement to the management from time to time.

4. Design, Plan and implement sourcing and purchasing strategies.

5. Verification of Indent/PR as per the plant requirement.

6. Supplier quotation finalization and preparation of draft PO.

7. Cross checking of PO with negotiated terms and conditions.

8. Monitor stock levels, documentation and record keeping.

9. Responsibility with supplier for discussion on techno-commercial aspects, price negotiation, evaluation, quality, quantity and safety of products.

10. Follow up for order and coordinate with vendors to ensure the fulfilment of documentation with ensuring the correct information is maintained against the purchase orders.

11. Regular follow-up to ensure orders are shipped on time as per the delivery terms.

12. Regular tracking on status of materials in transit.

13. Co-ordination regular follow-up with transporters.

14. New Vendor development as per the organizational need and maintain cordial relation with the existing suppliers.

15. Co-ordination within the department as well with user department for any queries or difficulties.

16. Co-ordination with accounts department for applicable work.
