Job Description: Purchase Executive (Field Work)

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive individual to join our team as a Purchase Executive with a focus on field work. As a Purchase Executive, you will be responsible for the timely and efficient procurement of goods and services required by our organization. This position requires strong communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to build relationships with suppliers and vendors. You will primarily work outside the office, visiting suppliers, conducting negotiations, and ensuring smooth operations of the procurement process. We will also provide petrol allowances to cover travel expenses.

**Responsibilities**:
Conduct supplier visits and establish strong relationships to ensure the availability of quality products and services.

Identify potential suppliers, evaluate their capabilities, and negotiate terms and conditions to secure favorable pricing and contracts.

Coordinate with various departments to understand their purchasing requirements and develop procurement strategies accordingly.

Conduct market research and stay up-to-date with industry trends and new product releases to make informed purchasing decisions.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop specifications, technical requirements, and purchase orders for goods and services.

Track and manage purchase orders, ensuring timely delivery, resolving any discrepancies, and communicating updates to relevant parties.

Evaluate supplier performance based on quality, delivery, and cost, and take necessary actions to address any issues or concerns.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of procurement activities, including purchase orders, invoices, and contracts.

Monitor inventory levels, identify potential stock shortages or excesses, and take proactive measures to optimize stock levels.

Stay informed about regulatory requirements and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations during the procurement process.

Qualifications:
Any Bachelor's degree Can apply.

Proven experience as a Purchase Executive or in a similar procurement role, preferably with field work involvement.

Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with suppliers.

Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

Valid driver's license and willingness to travel frequently for supplier visits and other field work activities. We will also provide petrol allowances to cover travel expenses.

**Salary**: ₹8,634.05 - ₹12,000.00 per month
