Location: Shankar Nagar, Nagpur

Salary: Up to ₹35,000 per month

Experience Required: Minimum 5 years

Industry Preference: Real Estate / Construction

Education: Graduate in any field

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle end-to-end purchase operations including vendor identification, negotiation, and material procurement.
  • Evaluate vendor quotations to ensure compliance with technical and commercial specifications.
  • Maintain and update purchase records, price lists, and inventory levels.
  • Coordinate with project, accounts, and store departments to ensure timely material delivery.
  • Develop and maintain strong vendor relationships for quality and cost efficiency.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in purchase, preferably in the real estate or construction industry.
