**Job Title**:
GeM Executive / GeM Officer

**Department**:
Sales / Purchase / Government Liaison

**Job Summary**:
Responsible for managing end-to-end activities on the Government e-Marketplace (GeM) portal, including registration, product listing, bidding, order processing, payment follow-up, and compliance, ensuring smooth operations aligned with government procurement processes.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Register and maintain company profile on GeM portal.
- Upload and update product/service catalogues with correct specifications, pricing, and documentation.
- Monitor tenders, bids, and enquiries on GeM, ensuring timely participation in relevant bids.
- Handle bid preparation, documentation, and submission as per GeM norms.
- Coordinate with internal teams (sales, accounts, dispatch) for order execution.
- Process orders, generate invoices, and upload dispatch details on GeM.
- Follow up for payments and resolve disputes/claims via the portal.
- Ensure compliance with GeM guidelines and timely renewal of certificates and listings.
- Prepare periodic reports on GeM activities, bid status, and sales performance.
- Stay updated with the latest GeM updates, policies, and procedures.
- Address buyer queries and grievances through the GeM system promptly.

**Key Skills Required**:

- Knowledge of Government e-Marketplace (GeM) operations.
- Good understanding of tendering and government procurement processes.
- Strong documentation, compliance, and record-keeping skills.
- Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
- Attention to detail and process orientation.

**Qualifications**:

- Graduate in any discipline
- Certification or prior training in GeM operations (preferred).

**Experience**:

- 1-3 years of experience handling GeM operations or government tender processes.
- Freshers with GeM knowledge and strong learning ability may also be considered.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
