Key Skill: Work on Government E-Marketplace Portal

*SEARCHING. SUBMISSION AND DOCUMENTATION

*Check the order on Gem.

*Download the order and mailed with details.

*Maintain the record of order.

*Known the previous order status from the factory.

*Calling to gem clients for payment recovery and maintain the record of outstanding and

Recovery.

*Check the bid from gem and download.

*Working on it and forward to factory for costing.

*Participating the bid.

*If we are L1 in bid then call to the clients and fulfill the clients’ criteria.

*New Product listing on gem portal.

*Provide the material to clients regarding orders like layout, product details etc.

*Upload the product as per local clients’ requirements who’s coming through Field Executive.

2)Search the Bids, download it and maintain the record.

Other Activities

3) Other work orders, Quotation etc. Mailing to factory or clients.

4)Make Quotation and Catalog as per client’s requirements.

5)Help to field executives for handling gem portal on clients side.

6)Provide the Gem material to field person for local clients order.

7)Maintain the MIS report.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Nagpur, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:
