**Job Summary**:
The Purchase Executive will be responsible for overseeing and managing the procurement process for equipment, materials, and services related to the waste water treatment plant. This role involves ensuring timely procurement of required goods, managing supplier relationships, handling inventory, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations. The Purchase Executive will work closely with the operations and technical teams to support the plant's requirements.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Procurement Management**:

- Identify and source suppliers for required materials, equipment, and services specific to the waste water treatment plant.
- Manage and execute the end-to-end procurement process, including obtaining quotes, placing orders, and following up on deliveries.
- Ensure cost-effective purchasing while maintaining quality and reliability of products and services.

**Supplier Relationship Management**:

- Develop and maintain good relationships with suppliers and vendors.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with suppliers to ensure the best value for the company.
- Resolve any issues related to deliveries, returns, or quality of goods or services.

**Documentation & Reporting**:

- Maintain detailed records of all purchases, including order forms, receipts, and correspondence with suppliers.
- Prepare and maintain procurement reports for management review.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, safety standards, and environmental guidelines during procurement activities.

**Budget Management**:

- Provide cost-saving suggestions and improve purchasing efficiency when possible.

**Collaboration**:

- Work with the engineering, operations, and maintenance teams to understand their purchasing requirements.
- Assist in the selection of new vendors and materials to improve plant operations.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in procurement, preferably in the industrial, environmental, or wastewater treatment sector.
- Strong knowledge of procurement processes, contracts, and vendor management.
- Familiarity with inventory management and purchasing software ( ERP).
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of waste water treatment purchase processes is an advantage.

**Skills**:

- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Negotiation and vendor management skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
