Job description

**Job Title: P**urchase Executive

**Qualification**: B. Tech Mechanical Engineering

**Experience**: 5-6 years preferably into Manufacturing Industry

**Roles & Responsibilities**:
**- Sourcing & Procurement**: Responsible for sourcing assembly components, hardware, consumables, paints, steel castings, machined parts, cables, and wires.

**- Vendor Management**: Send RFQs to vendors, receive and evaluate quotations, and perform comparative analysis for cost-effective decision-making.

**- Commercial Negotiations**: Lead commercial negotiations with suppliers to ensure competitive pricing, favorable terms, and timely delivery.

**- Purchase Order Management**: Oversee purchase orders, track delivery and shipment schedules, and ensure material availability to avoid production delays.

**- ISO Compliance**: Maintain and ensure adherence to ISO procedures, while managing and updating ISO-related documentation.

**- Supply Chain Issue Resolution**: Address and resolve supply, quality, service, and invoicing issues with vendors in a timely manner.

**- Internal & External Communication**: Foster strong communication with suppliers and internal customers to ensure smooth operations and resolve any concerns efficiently.

**- ERP & P2P Cycle**: Expertise in using ERP systems, with a clear understanding of the Purchase-to-Pay (P2P) cycle, from procurement to invoice payment.

**- Manufacturing Knowledge**: Have knowledge of vendor manufacturing processes, cost structures, and machine requirements for effective sourcing and cost management.
