**SUMMARY**

Purchase Executive is responsible for procurement activities. Purchasing Executive responsibilities include evaluating vendors, negotiating contracts and preparing reports (e.g. on orders and costs.) For this role, you should have good knowledge of market research, along with solid analytical skills to make sure you’re identifying the most profitable offers. The Executive will supervise the daily activities on an assigned or planning, directing activities, and safety initiatives. Will support the all function related Asst. Manager and fill in when need.

As part of the APB Team, the Executive is expected to meet company objectives in the areas of performance, safety, quality, leadership, and customer service. Executive is expected to uphold corporate and site-specific policies.

**JOB DUTIES and RESPONSIBITIES**
- Responsible for quality & safety of product
- Research potential vendors
- Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers
- Negotiate contract terms of agreement and pricing
- Track orders and ensure timely delivery
- Review quality of purchased products
- Enter order details (e.g. vendors, quantities, prices) into internal databases
- Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices
- Prepare reports on purchases, including cost analyses
- Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed
- Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure proper storage
- Attend trade shows and exhibitions to stay up-to-date with industry trends
- Reporting to Asst. Manager on critical issues for decision making.
- Monitoring all documentation & record keeping
- To ensure processing parameters & deviation/incident if any against standard.

- Maximum time should be given in purchase management.
- Should be able to manage and optimize purchasing activities and processes.
- Should have excellent leadership abilities and be able to negotiate the best possible deals with suppliers.
- To report work status to purchase asst. manager time to time.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Must have a general education degree (Graduate). A Graduate is preferred. Must have at least 2 years of relevant work experience; will consider an equivalent combination of education and/or experience. Prior experience working in same environment is preferred. Knowledge of purchase management systems.

- Must have excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, and the ability to motivate others in a team environment.
- Must have good judgment, strong problem solving, and decision-making skills.
- Must have excellent verbal and written communications skills.
- Must be flexible, adapt to change, and thrive in a stimulating, fast-pace work environment.
- Must be able to maintain confidentiality.
