**Job Title: Purchase Executive (Logistics Company)**

Location: Nagpur

**Responsibilities**:
Identify and evaluate suppliers/vendors based on quality, cost, reliability, and delivery speed.

Maintain and develop supplier relationships to ensure timely procurement of goods and services.

Analyze market trends, prices, and products to ensure the best deals for the organization.

Prepare purchase orders and ensure accurate documentation of procurement activities.

Coordinate with internal departments to understand their procurement needs and requirements.

Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with suppliers to achieve cost savings and favorable terms.

Monitor inventory levels and manage stock availability to meet operational demands.

Resolve supply chain or delivery issues in a timely and efficient manner.

Adhere to company policies, procedures, and compliance standards in all procurement activities.

Collaborate with the finance department to ensure accurate and timely payment to suppliers.

**Requirements**:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.

Proven 2-3 years of experience in procurement or purchasing roles.

Strong negotiation and communication skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and experience with procurement software/tools is a plus.

Excellent organizational and analytical abilities.

Ability to work independently and within a team, managing multiple priorities effectively.

Knowledge of procurement best practices and market trends.

Familiarity with logistics and supply chain operations is advantageous.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Nagpur, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
