**Job Title**: ERP Executive - Infor LN

**Job Summary**:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented **ERP Executive** to support and manage day-to-day activities on **Infor LN ERP**. The role involves system configuration, user support, troubleshooting, data integrity, and reporting, ensuring smooth ERP operations across departments like manufacturing, supply chain, finance, and purchase.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Serve as the first point of contact for all Infor LN ERP-related queries and issues.
- Assist in implementation, configuration, and ongoing maintenance of Infor LN modules.
- Support end-users with day-to-day operations, including training and documentation.
- Troubleshoot system errors and coordinate with internal IT or external consultants for resolution.
- Maintain master data across various modules like Manufacturing, Procurement, Sales, Inventory, and Finance.
- Assist in generating reports using Infor tools (e.g., ION, Mongoose, Birst, or custom queries).
- Monitor system performance and coordinate ERP updates or patches with the vendor.
- Ensure data accuracy and maintain data security protocols.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and optimize ERP usage.
- Conduct testing of new functionalities and process improvements.
- Maintain up-to-date documentation of system workflows, configurations, and SOPs.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of hands-on experience with **Infor LN ERP** (preferably in a manufacturing environment).
- Good understanding of Infor LN modules: Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Finance.
- Familiarity with **Infor ION**, **Mongoose**, or **Birst** is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and other data analysis tools.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.

**Preferred Experience**:

- Experience with ERP implementation or migration projects.
- Understanding of business processes in manufacturing or logistics.
- Knowledge of SQL queries or scripting for report generation is an advantage.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
