Job Summary

As an ERP Coordinator at Anshika Fasteners, you will play a critical role in maintaining and enhancing our ERP system to ensure optimal performance and alignment with our business processes. You will collaborate with various departments to understand their needs, manage the ERP system accordingly, and provide ongoing support and training to users. Your goal will be to ensure that our ERP system effectively supports our business operations and contributes to our overall efficiency and success.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations and entries of the ERP system, ensuring its smooth and efficient performance.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand their requirements and customize the ERP system to meet these needs.
- Conduct regular system audits to identify and resolve any issues or inefficiencies.
- Oversee the implementation of new ERP modules and system upgrades, ensuring mínimal disruption to business operations.
- Develop and maintain system documentation, including user manuals and training materials.
- Provide training and support to ERP system users, ensuring they can use the system effectively.
- Work closely with the IT department to ensure the ERP system's security and integrity.
- Analyze business processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness through ERP system optimization.
- Manage ERP system access permissions and user roles, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Stay abreast of the latest ERP technologies and trends, recommending changes to keep the system up-to-date and aligned with industry standards.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in ERP system management, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and how ERP systems can be utilized to optimize these processes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think analytically.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to train and support users of varying technical skill levels.
- Experience with SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics is highly desirable.
- Ability to manage projects, including planning, execution, and monitoring progress.
- Knowledge of database management and basic programming skills is a plus.

Working Conditions
- This is a full-time position based in Nagpur, India.
- Occasional travel for training may be required.
