
ERP Coordinator

**PARTH DEVELOPER** is looking to hire highly efficient **ERP Coordinator**having an **experience of minimum 5 years** for the said position in the **CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY.**
Key Responsibilities:
- **System Administration: Managing** the daily operations of the ERP system, including user access, security, and system performance.
- **User Support**:Providing technical assistance and troubleshooting for ERP users, addressing their questions and resolving issues.
- **System Configuration**:Configuring the ERP system to align with the organization's specific needs and processes, including customizing modules and workflows.
- **Training and Documentation**:Developing and delivering training programs for users, as well as creating and maintaining user documentation for the ERP system.
- **Collaboration and Communication**:Working closely with different departments to understand their requirements, gather feedback, and ensure smooth integration of the ERP across the organization.
- **Project Support**:Assisting with ERP implementation, upgrades, and other projects, including planning, coordination, and documentation.
- **Data Management**:Ensuring data accuracy and integrity within the ERP system, including managing master data, reconciling transactions, and generating reports.
- **Process Improvement**:Analyzing business processes and recommending improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity, often in conjunction with the ERP system.
- **Monitoring and Optimization**:Continuously monitoring the system's performance, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing changes to optimize its effectiveness.
Skills and Qualifications:
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency with ERP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics 365), database management, and software configuration.
- **Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills**: Ability to analyze business processes, identify problems, and develop solutions.
- **Communication and Interpersonal Skills**: Ability to communicate effectively with different stakeholders, including users, IT staff, and management.
- **Training and Documentation Skills**: Ability to develop and deliver effective training programs and create user documentation.
- **Project Management Skills**: Ability to assist with project planning, coordination, and execution.
- **Business Acumen**: Understanding of business processes and how they relate to the ERP system.
- **Detail-Oriented**: Ability to pay close attention to detail and ensure accuracy in data and documentation.
- **Adaptability**: Ability to adapt to changing business needs and system upgrades.
