ERP Coordinator

Responsibilities:

- Manage and maintain the ERP system, ensuring data accuracy and integrity
- Coordinate with project managers and other stakeholders to develop and implement effective ERP workflows and processes
- Train and support users on the ERP system, ensuring they are proficient in its use
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise with the ERP system in coordination with ERP consultants.
- Monitor system performance and identify areas for improvement
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to support decision-making
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to ERP system usage
- Keep up-to-date with developments in the ERP field, identifying opportunities to enhance our system

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- 3-4 years of experience working with an ERP system, preferably in a civil engineering context
- Strong understanding of ERP systems and their integration with other business processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Good Knowledge of Estimation & costing
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

- Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
