Position - IT System Operator

Experience - 3 to 5 years

**Job Responsibilities -**

Manage full life cycle of design to dispatch process, Develop solution design and lead client throughout implementation and support phases, Perform daily activity reporting against plans and schedules,Engage in project coordinating, team leading and implementing ERP functional system ,Experience and knowledge of the development of a master schedule for the production of finished goods,Strong understanding of shop orders process for efficient routing of all manufacturing operations within the production process,Experience in collecting data and compile reports on scheduled compliance, routing, capacity constraints and production problems Experience in implementing process improvement initiatives to reduce WIP, inventory, and increase efficiency of all work centers within the manufacturing process,Strong Knowledge of Promise to delivery and. Supply Chain Ability to understand internal/external customer technologies and problem resolution techniques. Ability to communicate effectively with customers Working daily with internal IT and Consultants to provide direction on work to be done, consult on the best solution and be a liaison between IT and end-users. Co-ordination with team. Assist key users in testing new functionality, documenting and retaining ERP knowledge. Develop an area of expertise within Sales, Customer Service, Order Entry/Order Management and Billing/Collections in due course of time.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
