ERP Solution Architect

Role Statement:
Design and oversee the implementation of ERP system (Oracle EBS) within organization. Analyze business requirements, assess existing systems and processes, and develop and implement comprehensive solutions to optimize business operations. Collaborate with stakeholders across functional areas to understand their needs and translate them into technical specifications. Design scalable and efficient architectures that align with business objectives and industry best practices.

Key Duties
- **Requirements Analysis**:Conduct thorough analysis of business requirements, collaborating with stakeholders to understand their needs, processes, and objectives for the ERP system.
- **Solution Design**:Develop comprehensive ERP system architectures and designs, considering scalability, performance, security, and integration requirements.
- **Implementation**:Lead the implementation of the ERP system, overseeing the execution of design plans, customization, configuration, and integration efforts to ensure successful deployment within the organization.
- **Customization and Configuration**:Lead the customization and configuration of ERP software to align with specific business processes and requirements, ensuring optimal functionality and user experience.
- **Stakeholder Management**:Collaborate with stakeholders across departments, including business leaders, IT professionals, and end-users, to gather feedback, address concerns, and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- **Team Leadership**:Provide leadership and guidance to a team of developers and consultants involved in the ERP implementation, ensuring adherence to project timelines, quality standards, and best practices.
- **System Integrator Management**:Oversee external system integrators or consulting companies involved in the ERP implementation, ensuring alignment with project goals, timelines, and quality standards.
- **Risk Management**:Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues associated with ERP implementation projects, proactively addressing challenges to ensure successful delivery and user adoption.
- **Documentation and Training**:Develop comprehensive technical documentation, training materials, and support resources to facilitate smooth ERP system deployment, user training, and ongoing maintenance.
- **Problem Solving**: Identify and address complex technical challenges that may arise during the implementation of the solution. Troubleshoot issues and provide timely resolutions to keep the project on track.
- **Communication**: Effectively communicate technical concepts and design decisions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Ensure that everyone involved in the project understands the architecture and its benefits.
- **Quality Assurance**: Ensure that the final solution meets quality and performance standards by conducting reviews, tests, and assessments throughout the development and implementation phases.
- **Continuous Improvement**:Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the functionality, efficiency, and effectiveness of the ERP system, collaborating with stakeholders to prioritize and implement enhancements based on evolving business needs.

School Background / Working Seniority
- 7+ years of experience in relevant roles, including significant experience in solution design and architecture.
- 5+ Oracle EBS or Oracle ERP Cloud experience
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex solutions and may have experience leading architecture teams.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related discipline. International experience is mandatory.

Technical / Functional skills
- Oracle EBS Expertise: In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) modules, including but not limited to Financials, Supply Chain Management, Human Capital Management, Procurement, Manufacturing, and Customer Relationship Manage
- Solution Architecture: Proficiency in designing end-to-end solutions using Oracle EBS, including system architecture, integration strategies, data migration approaches, and customization/configuration techniques.
- Oracle EBS Implementation: Extensive experience leading Oracle EBS implementation projects from initiation to post-implementation support, encompassing requirements gathering, solution design, development, testing, deployment, and user training.
- Integration Technologies: Strong understanding of integration technologies and tools for Oracle EBS, such as Oracle Integration Cloud, Oracle SOA Suite or similar provided by other vendors.
- Customization and Extension: Ability to customize and extend Oracle EBS functionality using tools like Oracle APEX, Oracle Workflow, Oracle BI Publisher, Oracle VBCS.
- Data Management: Proficiency in data modeling, data migration, and data conversion techniques for Oracle EBS, including data cleansing, transformation, and loading.
