**Responsibilities**:
1. Responsibilities Towards IT:
Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners

Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks

Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests

Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone)

Setting up accounts for new users

Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary

Testing new technology

Possibly training all level staff

CCTV Control Management for Sites / Offices

Repairing and replaced equipment Bill Payment On Monthly Basis As per Requirement

Other Miscellaneous Services Bills Payment On Monthly Basis As per Requirement

2. Responsibilities Towards ERP:
Manage and deliver large and complex ERP engagements to identify design, and implement creative business and technology Solutions.

Manage engagement risk, project economics, planning and budgeting and accounts receivable.

Define deliverable content and ensure buy-in of proposed solutions from top management levels.

Manage routine interactions with Employees and solve their problems.

Organize and lead pursuit teams, participate and lead aspects of proposal development process.

Contribute to proposals pricing strategy.

Develop ERP practice solutions and methodologies.

Perform as counselor and coach for ERP solution implementation.

Provide inputs and guide staffing process.

Provide leadership and assistance for delivery teams and staff in local offices.

Update and manage ERP system to ensure it provides company with proper business solutions and accurate result.

Analyze data processing modules and identify areas of enhancements and improvements.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Pune - 411001, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
