LOGIC ERP

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Implementation Support Consultant to join our team in Mohali. The role involves working closely with clients to understand their business processes, configure and implement LOGIC ERP Product Suites, and ensure smooth adoption through training and ongoing support. The ideal candidate should have a strong mix of functional knowledge, technical aptitude, and client-facing communication skills.Key Responsibilities :Business Analysis & Requirement Gathering :- Engage with clients to understand business workflows, pain points, and requirements.- Conduct gap analysis between client requirements and LOGIC ERP capabilities.- Document requirements and prepare functional specifications for ERP configuration.ERP Implementation & Configuration :- Configure LOGIC ERP Product Suites as per client business processes.- Customize modules and parameters to align with organizational needs.- Coordinate with senior product experts for advanced or complex configurations.- Conduct testing (UAT, integration testing) to ensure accurate & Customer Support :- Deliver end-user training sessions for clients to maximize ERP utilization.- Provide post-implementation support and resolve customer queries (functional & technical).- Troubleshoot ERP-related issues and escalate to senior experts when required.- Create user manuals, FAQs, and training documentation.Project Coordination & Delivery :- Implement ERP solutions as per defined methodology, timelines, and quality standards.- Coordinate with internal teams (development, QA, product) for issue resolution.- Track implementation progress and report status updates to stakeholders.- Ensure client satisfaction and build long-term relationships through proactive support.Required Skills & Qualifications :- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, or a related field.- 2-4 years of experience in ERP implementation, application support, or business analysis.- Strong knowledge of ERP systems (experience with LOGIC ERP is an advantage).- Proficiency in SQL and ability to perform basic database queries.- Understanding of finance, retail, supply chain, or manufacturing workflows.- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.- Strong written and verbal communication with ability to interact with clients.- Ability to manage multiple implementations Qualifications :- Prior experience with LOGIC ERP or similar ERP platforms.- Basic scripting/programming knowledge for ERP customization.- Familiarity with ITIL practices for support and incident management.- Exposure to cloud-based ERP solutions.
