- Generating multiple revenue streams for the organization.
- Training & Handling the team to achieve business targets.
- Implementing strategy to generate revenue via Pre-Sales

A. Educational Qualification:

- Graduate/Under Graduate
- MBA will be preferred

- Expertise in Excel & Power Point.
- Analytical Skills
- People Management
- Real Estate Sales

C. Location
- Mumbai
D. Experience: - Minimum 3 years of experience in Presales/Sales in Real Estate Industry.
- Experience of working with top Real Estate Developers / ICP’s in the country.
- Strong understanding of Loyalty & Referral Sale in Real Estate Industry.
- Experience of handling tele callers
E. Reporting Relationship:

- Reporting To: AVP

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
