We are looking for a Accounts cum Admin Assistant to support our day-to-day transactions, including expenses and payroll. Accounts Assistant responsibilities include processing payments, maintaining cost reports and managing invoices.

Administrator responsibilities include maintaining records, to ensure that all day-to-day items are stocked in office.

If you have a background in Accounts and Administration, we’d like to meet you. Ultimately, you will help us manage and allocate our resources effectively.

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
- Vendor Management
- Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for the upper management
- Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures
- Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data
- Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary
- Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned
- Assist colleagues whenever necessary

**Requirements**:

- Proven work experience of up to 1-2 years as a Accounts Administrator, Accounts Assistant or similar role
- Preferably based out of **Kothrud/Bavdhan - Pune**:

- Hands-on experience with accounting software, like **Tally**:

- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel (creating spreadsheets and charts and using financial Excel functions)
- Good understanding of bookkeeping procedures
- Time-management and organization skills
- Relevant degree - BCOM/MCOM
