Guest Relation Executive

Welcome guests with a warm and friendly demeanor upon arrival.
- Check-in guests, confirming their bookings and providing relevant information regarding services, treatments, and amenities.
- Ensure that guests' preferences and special requests are noted and communicated to the team.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly, resolving issues to ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain high levels of guest engagement and comfort throughout their visit.
- **Bookings & Scheduling**:
- Provide recommendations on services and treatments based on guest needs.
- Update and manage the booking system, ensuring accurate scheduling and smooth transitions between appointments.
- Assist guests with rescheduling or cancellations, offering alternatives when needed.
- **Guest Experience**:
- Anticipate the needs of the guests, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience.
- Educate guests about spa offerings, including treatments, packages, and wellness products.
- Monitor guest preferences, feedback, and any special requirements to personalize future visits.
- Ensure the spa's atmosphere is serene, clean, and aligned with wellness standards.
- **Collaboration with the Spa Team**:
- Work with the spa therapists, wellness coaches, and other staff members to ensure smooth operations.
- Ensure treatments and services are provided as per guest specifications.
- Communicate guest feedback to management and help implement improvements.
- **Retail & Product Promotion**:
- Promote and sell wellness products, spa packages, and gift vouchers to enhance guest experience and contribute to sales.
- Assist guests in making informed choices about the retail products available in the spa.
- Ensure the spa retail area is well-maintained and stocked.
- **Health and Safety Protocols**:
- Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations to ensure a safe environment for both guests and staff.
- Maintain confidentiality of guest information, including personal and treatment details.
- Ensure the spa environment complies with wellness industry standards and guest expectations.
- **Administrative Tasks**:
- Maintain guest records, ensuring data is up-to-date and accurate.
- Handle billing, payment processing, and invoicing for services rendered.
- Prepare reports on guest feedback, sales, and service usage for management review.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Proven experience in guest relations, customer service, or hospitality, preferably within the spa, wellness, or luxury service industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with guests.
- A passion for wellness, relaxation, and providing a high standard of customer care.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of spa treatments, wellness services, and related products is a plus.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and booking management software.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- A background in the spa or wellness industry (e.g., spa therapist, wellness consultant).
- Certification or training in customer service, hospitality, or wellness (optional).
- Language skills, especially in a multicultural environment, are an advantage.
**Working Conditions**:
- Flexibility to work on weekends, holidays, and evenings as per business needs.
- Physically demanding at times, including standing, walking, and moving items as needed.
- The role may require close interaction with clients in a calming, serene environment.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
