**Job Title: Guest Relations Executive**

Our company is a Bakery+Cafe themed cafe and a QSR committed to providing exceptional service and memorable experiences to our guests. We are dedicated to excellence in hospitality and are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Guest Relations Executive.

**Position Overview**:
As a Guest Relations Executive, you will be the face of our company, responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction. You will interact with guests, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and enhancing their overall experience. Your excellent communication skills, coupled with your training from Frankfinn, will enable you to exceed guest expectations and uphold our reputation for excellence.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Welcome guests with a warm and friendly demeanor, providing assistance as needed.
- Handle guest complaints and concerns efficiently and effectively, striving for resolution and guest satisfaction.
- Coordinate with other departments to fulfill guest requests and ensure seamless service delivery.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of [Insert Company Name]'s facilities, services, and amenities to provide accurate information to guests.
- Act as a liaison between guests and management, conveying feedback and suggestions to improve guest experiences.
- Assist in organizing and executing special events and promotional activities to engage guests and enhance their stay.
- Uphold the highest standards of professionalism and confidentiality in handling guest information and interactions.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Previous experience in guest relations, customer service, or hospitality roles is advantageous.
- Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential.
- Training or certification from Frankfinn or similar hospitality training programs is highly desirable.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with guests from diverse backgrounds.
- Proven problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach to service delivery.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
