Roles & Responsibilities:

- Build and maintaining profitable relationships with key customers.
- Oversee the relationship with customers handled by your team.
- Resolve customer complaints quickly and efficiently.
- Keep customers updated on the latest products in order to increase sales.
- Expand the customer base by upselling and cross-selling.
- Understand key customer individual needs and addressing these.
- Meet with managers in the organisation to plan strategically.
- Conduct business reviews using CRM programmes.
- Know your competition and strategies accordingly.
- Maintaining Data base i.e Quotation / Invoice /sales order or sales documents acknowledgment.
- Good command in customer handling in hybrid mode - Face to Face or Offline or on call.
- Customer escalation matrix handling.
- Uptake the KRA designed by Company to fulfil the sales requirements till closer.
- Good hand in MIS Report Preparation.
- Order Processing.
- Payment Follow ups / Out standing payment follow ups with customers.
- Co-ordination with customers.
- A minimum of 06 Month - 2 years’ experience.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills/Excellent skills of written & verbal communication.
- Presentable.
- Preferred from B2B industry
- Superior product knowledge.
- A team player with leadership skills.
- Maintain a positive attitude focused on customer satisfaction.
- A bachelor’s degree in Administration or related field.
- Min Graduate -Any.
- Married Female / Preferably with settled family.
- Nearby Location.
- Good Typing Skills
- 25-35 WPM.
- Software Proficiency. (Any ERP or SAP)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
