- The principal goal of our company is to constantly provide world-class bed sheet and bag to meet the changing customer’s needs. Additional to this, our reasonable pricing, quality assured bed sheet and bag range and transparencies in deals are the main factors behind our success._
- Job Responsibilities: -_
- **Feedback** - Input from customers as to their likes, dislikes and satisfaction; may be in the form of numerical ratings or free response_
- **Accounts** - Existing customers who do business with the company_
- Meeting with potential clients to gauge the utility and viability of prospective working relationships._
- Ensuring regular contact with existing clients to maintain our company's presence._
- Repairing disengaged or fractured relationships._
- Conducting in-depth needs assessments to better understand each client's requirements._
- Identifying a range of our offerings that could meet the goals and values of each client._
- Proposing and deliberating potential solutions in consultation with clients._
- Prompting clients to upgrade their existing packages and to purchase additional offerings._
- Settling clients' concerns in a swift and professional manner._
- Harnessing internal relationships to better address clients' needs and to maximize our profits._
- We are Looking For: -_
- Must be Graduate._
- Prior experience as a relationship executive, ideally in a similar organization._
- Must have excellent communication in Hindi._
- Familiarity with CRM software and procedures._
- In-depth knowledge of effective sales and negotiation tactics._
- Outstanding verbal and written communication._
- Ability to forge profound working relationships._
- Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills._
- Maintain a positive attitude focused on customer satisfaction._
