Key Responsibilities- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers. - Handle inquiries, coordinate orders, and provide after-sales support. - Prepare and manage customer databases, reports, and trackers in Excel (advanced formulas, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, MIS reporting). - Assist the sales team with MIS reports, sales data analysis, and follow-ups. - Coordinate between clients and internal teams (sales, logistics, accounts) for smooth execution. - Ensure timely responses to customer needs and resolve queries eff ectively. - Support customer engagement initiatives and feedback collection.Requirements- Graduate in Business, Commerce, or related fi eld. - Minimum 1–2 years of experience in customer relationship / sales coordination / back-office. - Strong Excel skills (mandatory). - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Good organizational and time management abilities. - Team player with a problem-solving mindset. - Freshers with fluency in English are preferred.Salary Range: 20000 to 35000
