**Job Title**: Oracle EBS R12 HCM, Payroll, and HR Self-Service Consultant
**Location**: Pune (Work from Office)
**Experience**: 5 to 8 years

In this role, you will work closely with **HR** and **payroll** teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and provide support to ensure seamless HR processes.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Implementation & Configuration**: Implement, configure, and support Oracle EBS R12 HCM modules, including **Core HR**, **Payroll**, and **HR Self-Service (SSH)**.
- **Requirements Analysis**: Collaborate with HR and payroll stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into functional specifications.
- **Solution Design & Execution**: Design and execute end-to-end solutions, including configuration, customization, and integration with other Oracle modules (e.g., **Financials**).
- **Payroll Management**: Manage payroll setups, calculations, and statutory compliance requirements across multiple geographies (if applicable).
- **User Acceptance Testing (UAT)**: Lead UAT and ensure smooth transition during go-live phases.
- **Post-Go-Live Support**: Provide production support by troubleshooting issues, performing root cause analysis, and implementing fixes.
- **Documentation & Training**: Develop user-friendly documentation and deliver training to HR and payroll teams to ensure maximum system adoption.
- **Collaboration**: Work with technical teams to support workflows, reports, and customizations.
- **System Optimization & Compliance**: Stay updated on Oracle patches, updates, and best practices to ensure system optimization and compliance.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: 5-8 years as an Oracle EBS Functional Consultant specializing in **HCM**, **Payroll**, and **HR Self-Service**.
- **Core HCM Modules**: Proficiency in configuring and supporting **Oracle EBS R12 HCM modules**:

- **Core HR**:

- **Payroll** (including statutory rules and reporting)
- **HR Self-Service (SSH)**:

- **Time & Labor (OTL)** (if applicable)
- **Implementation Experience**: Hands-on experience in end-to-end **implementations**, **upgrades**, and **post-go-live support** for Oracle HCM modules.
- **Payroll Expertise**: In-depth understanding of **payroll processing**, **tax setups**, and **compliance requirements**.
- **HR Business Processes**: Strong knowledge of **HR business processes**, workflows, and approvals.
- **Problem-Solving Skills**: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve functional and technical issues efficiently.
- **Communication & Stakeholder Management**: Excellent communication skills, with a proven ability to manage stakeholders and work in cross-functional teams.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- **Third-Party Integrations**: Experience with Oracle EBS integrations with third-party HR or payroll systems.
- **Technical Skills**: Familiarity with technical components like **SQL**, **PL/SQL**, or **Oracle Reports** is a plus.
- **Oracle Certifications**:Oracle HCM-related certifications** are highly desirable.
- **Global Payroll Setup**: Experience working with **global** or **multi-country payroll setups** is a plus.
