**Job Title**: Oracle EBS R12 SCM Consultant
**Location**: Pune (Work from Office)
**Experience**: 5 to 8 years

This is a full-time position based in **Pune (Work from Office)**, and we are looking for someone with a strong background in **Oracle EBS R12 SCM** and **Supply Chain processes**.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Implementation & Configuration**: Implement, configure, and provide ongoing support for Oracle EBS R12 SCM modules including **Purchasing (PO)**, **Inventory (INV)**, **Order Management (OM)**, **Procure-to-Pay (P2P)**, **Order-to-Cash (O2C)**, and **Advanced Pricing**.
- **Process Optimization**: Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, conduct gap analysis, and design scalable solutions for procurement and order fulfillment processes.
- **Testing & Quality Assurance**: Lead end-to-end testing processes, including unit testing, system testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT), ensuring the system is fully optimized.
- **Post-Implementation Support**: Provide post-implementation support, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring the stability and optimal performance of the system.
- **Training & Documentation**: Develop comprehensive user training materials and deliver training sessions to end-users and key stakeholders to ensure effective usage of Oracle SCM modules.
- **Customization & Reporting**: Work with technical teams to manage customizations, reports, and interfaces as required.
- **System Optimization**: Stay updated on Oracle patches, enhancements, and best practices to continuously improve system performance.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: 5-8 years of functional experience with **Oracle EBS R12 SCM** modules.
- **Core Modules Expertise**: Proficiency in **Purchasing (PO)**, **Inventory (INV)**, **Order Management (OM)**, **Order-to-Cash (O2C)**, and **Procure-to-Pay (P2P)**.
- **Supply Chain Knowledge**: Strong understanding of **supply chain processes**, including demand planning, procurement cycles, and order fulfillment.
- **Implementation Experience**: At least **2 full-cycle implementations** or major upgrades in Oracle EBS R12 SCM modules.
- **Business Analysis**: Expertise in analyzing business requirements and translating them into functional specifications for Oracle SCM modules.
- **Multi-Org Setup**: Knowledge of **multi-org structures**, setups, and reporting requirements within Oracle EBS.
- **Problem Solving**: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with strong attention to detail.
- **Communication Skills**: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with experience in engaging stakeholders and facilitating requirements gathering sessions.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- **Oracle SCM Modules**: In-depth knowledge of Oracle SCM modules and related best practices.
- **SQL/PLSQL**: Familiarity with **SQL**, **PL/SQL**, or Oracle reporting tools is an advantage.
- **Certifications**:Oracle certifications** in SCM or related modules are a plus.
- **Integration Experience**: Experience with integrations between Oracle SCM and **third-party logistics (3PL)** or **ERP systems**.

Pay: ₹750,000.00 - ₹950,000.00 per year
