Job Title : Oracle R12 Finance Functional Consultant **Job Description**: We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle R12 Finance Functional Consultant with 5 role in the implementation, enhancement, and support of Oracle R12 Financials modules while ensuring alignment with business objectives and seamless system performance. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the implementation, configuration, and customization of Oracle R12 - Financial Modules (AP, AR, GL, FA, CM, etc.). - Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into technical specifications and solutions. - Provide functional expertise in Oracle Financials and ensure smooth integration with other modules like SCM and Procurement. - Conduct end-to-end testing, including unit testing, system testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT). - Manage and resolve system issues, troubleshoot errors, and provide post-implementation support. - Develop and deliver training sessions/documentation for end-users to ensure effective system adoption. - Work closely with cross-functional teams, including technical developers, to deliver quality solutions. - Stay updated on Oracle R12 patches, upgrades, and best practices to ensure system optimization. Required Skills & Qualifications: - Experience: 5-8 years of hands-on experience as an Oracle R12 Finance Functional Consultant. - Strong knowledge and expertise in Oracle R12 Financial Modules: General - Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Cash - Management (CM), Fixed Assets (FA), and e-Business Tax. - Proficiency in business process mapping and gap analysis for financial workflows. - Experience in end-to-end implementation cycles and post-go-live support. - Solid understanding of financial accounting principles and regulatory compliance. - Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills. - Ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including senior management and technical teams. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience with Oracle R12 integrations with third-party systems. - Knowledge of Oracle EBS technical components (SQL, PL/SQL) is a plus. - Certification in Oracle Financials or related modules is highly desirable. Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,600,000.00 per year Schedule: - Day shift Work Location: In person
