Drive Time: 9AM to 1:00 PM

We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM R12 Functional Consultant to implement, configure, and support Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM) modules. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Oracle HCM functionalities, business process understanding, and experience in end-to-end implementations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Gather and analyze business requirements for Oracle HCM modules (Core HR, Payroll, Self-Service, OTL, etc.).
  • Configure Oracle HCM R12 applications to meet business needs.
  • Provide functional support for HRMS, Payroll, OTL, and Self-Service HR modules.
  • Prepare functional specifications for customizations and work closely with technical teams.
  • Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing.
  • Assist in data migration and validation activities.
  • Deliver end-user training and create documentation for processes.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues in Oracle HCM R12.
  • Stay updated on Oracle HCM best practices and new features.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in HR, IT, or related field.
  • 36 years of experience in Oracle HCM R12 implementation and support.
  • Strong knowledge of Core HR, Payroll, OTL, and Self-Service HR.
  • Experience in functional configurations, fast formulas, and reporting tools.
  • Good understanding of HR processes and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in Oracle HCM Cloud (Fusion) is a plus.
  • Knowledge of SQL, PL/SQL, and BI Publisher for reporting.
  • Exposure to Agile methodologies.
  • Oracle HCM certification preferred
